Protein Pancakes

  1. 2 eggs (with yolks)
  2. 1 banana (Ripe always works best)
  3. Cinnamon spice (1tsp)
  4. Co co-nut oil (1 tsp)
  5. Berries or fruit desired to go with pancake
  6. Optional (1 scoop of whey protein)


Whisk your eggs, banana and cinnamon using a electric whisk until banana has purified into the egg (add protein powder also at this stage).

The heat 1 tsp of co co-nut oil into a pan and when hot pour your mixture into the pan.

You can grill the top of the pancake to avoid breakage in the pancake.

Serve with a side of your desired fruit

Runny egg with asparagus

  1. 2 eggs
  2. Asparagus (3 spears)
  3. Spinach
  4. Salmon (optional)
  5. Berries (optional)
  6. Co co-nut oil (1 tsp)


Heat your co co-nut oil in a frying pan, heat the asparagus for around 5 mins turning occasionally, then crack your two eggs into the pan over the asparagus until cooked with a soft yolk.

Place a side of salmon and berries to your plate and serve your asparagus & eggs

Berry omelette

  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1 tsp of almond milk
  3. 1 tsp of cinnamon
  4. 100g cottage cheese
  5. Chopped strawberry, blueberries and raspberries


Whisk your egg with the milk and cinnamon, then heat the co co-nut oil in a pan, pore the egg mixture and swirl around the pan until brown underneath. There is no need to flip it over.

The pop it on a plate, spread over the cottage cheese, then scatter with berries, roll up and serve.
